Flourishing together - A celebration of MIFGS

Flourishing together - A celebration of MIFGS

MIFGS 2024 (Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show (MIFGS) 2024 by Scottswas a spectacular event filled with numerous highlights, bringing both industry and garden enthusiasts together from across Australia.

Held at the iconic Carlton Gardens and Royal Exhibition Building, the notable highlight for us includes the show garden competition with both local and international designers, that pushes creativity and inspires home gardeners to reinvent their small spaces with big ideas.

Additionally, the show emphasised sustainability with achievable garden designs, boutique gardens, and balcony gardens, inspiring many to bring the beauty of nature into their homes. The arts and sculpture precinct provided a unique blend of horticulture and creativity, making the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show 2024 a truly memorable experience.

Prestige Surfaces are honoured to have been part of this great show, as a proud sponsor.

Matt Nash and Darren James from 3AW also caught up at MIFGS and the nostalgia was real –  it had been 9 years since they had their first broadcast together in the same spot.

Supporting 3AW at the Show was an incredibly rewarding experience. It allowed us to connect with our community in a meaningful way, bringing together gardening enthusiasts and local listeners in a celebration of our shared passion for natural surfaces and horticulture.

We gave away $1000 towards one lucky winner's next sealing project.

Above all, we support the MIFGS event because it brings joy and inspiration to thousands each year. Being part of something that makes such a significant impact on people’s lives and our environment is deeply fulfilling. We are honoured to contribute to the success of the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show (MIFGS) and to be recognised as a company that champions sustainability by reusing, cleaning and preserving the natural beauty of surfaces within outdoor landscapes and environments.
